Year Three travelled through time this week when they visited the Liverpool World Museum.  To enhance their learning about Ancient Egypt, they visited the impressive Ancient Egypt exhibition, where they learnt all about the Ancient Egyptian beliefs, life and culture.  They had great fun visiting the 'Mummy Room' to learn all about the process of mummification and got to see real life mummies, wrapped and unwrapped!  Following this, the children were able to explore the pre-historical natural world, including some impressive dinosaur fossils.  They finished their visit with a visit to the museum aquarium and the museum shop!  The children had a great time and lots of lovely memories were made!
